Arrival time
Please be in your room 15 minutes prior to the appointment time as late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
Cancellations
The spa treatments you select are reserved especially for you. There is a 50% charge for all cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to an appointment.
Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 3 months and can be used for treatments. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to make adjustments to take in account any increase in prices.
